ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Our garments are cut and sew, handmade, in small batched production, in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. No two items are identical and variations will naturally occur. For these reasons we require shorter turn around times for returns. Please do your best to save and reuse the original packaging, which cuts on waste and helps better serve our great Earth. If you are dissatisfied with your garment, we’ll happily exchange it or take it back. Kindly return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by simply requesting a return label via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you a link to print the return label, returns are complimentary. You may drop your return at any UPS Store. Returns made within 18 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 18 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit which can be used for future purchases. Or if spirit moves you, you may gift the funds and lovingly donate them to one of the non-profits we proudly support. Please reference our home page for further details.
